My fiancé bought my ring from Kay and we had nothing but problems with it. Stones were always loose. So we decided to upgrade hoping that would fix it. When we were looking for my new ring we hardly got any help from them other then them ringing up the sale. And every time I go in for my inspections they are rude and cold. When I have questions I'm treated as if I know nothing. Shocked at the way they treat there customers. Will never buy jewelry from there again.
