The old ladies who work here are rude and so unkind and not friendly. I hate this osco so much. They see me standing their waiting to pick up and not even acknowledge me. Cant even greet me and tell me that they will be right with me. Worst customer service ever!!
My Dr ordered a prescription and I had it sent here. I celled later that day to see if it had come in and they told me it was out of stock. This is soothing they should have called me about immediately so I could check other pharmacies as it was something I needed urgently. Instead, the woman I talked to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She said it would be in the next day so I called the next day, was put on hold and then told it still wasn't in. Finally I asked them to check other pharmacies which they did but could only check Osco. I ended up going to the cvs in target where they were helpful and nice.
